Privacy Policy
Shoot It Out · Last updated: October 28, 2026
Shoot It Out ("the game") is developed by Henry Hall (Fbe Cleve). This policy explains what the game does with your information.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, and no analytics. We (the developer) do not collect, store, or receive any personal information about you. Solo play works fully offline.
What stays on your device
Your game settings (such as player name, difficulty, graphics and music volume) are saved locally on your device so they are remembered next time. They never leave your device, and uninstalling the game deletes them.
Online multiplayer
If you host or join an online match, the game connects your device directly to the other players using peer-to-peer technology (WebRTC via PeerJS). To set up that connection, your device and a connection-brokering (signalling) service exchange technical network information, including your device's IP address, a temporary match code, and the player name you choose. This is used only to connect players for the duration of a match and is not stored by us. Peer-to-peer game traffic is encrypted in transit. Other players in your match can see the player name you choose.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Third parties
We do not sell or share your information with advertisers. The peer-connection service processes only the technical data needed to connect players.
Changes
If a future version adds features that use data (for example ads, accounts, or in-app purchases), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the store disclosures will change with it.
